BOLT/TAXIFY Company is just fooling South African Employers!

I am registered with Bolt/ Taxify. Last Month I registered my details under fleet as I hired a driver to drive my vehicle as I'm currently employed. When I registered my details on Bolt's site I received a message from them that they'd contact me to update my details! to date nothing!!! Worst of all the driver I eventually hired is NOW the only one with access to the portal and he's advising me he's NOT making any money! I have NO WAY of monitoring this as BOLT cjose NOT to CONTACT ME to give me access on his activities!! He is in possession on for MY CAR yet I HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING how he's faring. Today YET AGAIN I registered MY details on their fleet services and again same message that they'll contact me! It's been a month of waiting for them!!! STICK TO YOUR PROMISES BOLT?TAXIFY WHATEVER YOU CALL YOURSELVES!!!
