Bolt's Pathetic Service Delivery

Bolt is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I used to make use of bolt every single day, however now, their service is poor. Their driver's attitude is utterly DISGUSTING. They are rude. They do not drop you off at the location you selected. The once I was ****** as the bolt driver left me on the road side instead of at the boom gate at work, after making an ******* U-turn onto oncoming traffic. The drivers accept trips although they know they are too far away. They then say that the customer should cancel (and that charges the customer) I have countless screenshots of this happening. Truly sick and tired of bolt and their useless service. Not to mention the sky high prices pay for their driver's bull****. Thanks bolt, for showing me that I should just stick with Didi or Uber when I need a ride, as my support to your business isn't valued. Truly, I would not recommend bolt to ANYONE, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND THEIR SERVICE DELIVERY IS EMBARRASSING.
