Bolts maps navigation/ poor customer support

I’m very disappointed with the feedback back I received from bolt’s customer support. I had an enquiry in regards to a ride I booked, the stopped I booked my drop off does not correspond with where I was actually dropped off, asked them to have a look and forward me the correct drop off address but they failed to do that abs instantly closed my case. As a result of this I’m currently in a separation with my partner because of what the address where bolt said I was dropped off
