Boltless Bolt

First of all, Bolt does not deserve a star. I want my 1 star back on this rating.. Good day,

I would like to report that i got ****** of my work laptop, cellphone and cash of R300 that was taken from me while in transit using a bolt service. The driver was also ****** of his belongings, and we sustained heavy injuries by a number of people in the Phillipi area.

I understand that there are limitations and there are instances whereby i am fully responsible for any losses. However, i feel that it's a ride booked, and it was not completed. I would like the bolt service to redeem themselves and compensate me by providing a paid for trip and completing the journey. This is the first time i have used this service as you will notice on my account, and as a customer it's a trip to forget.

I would like to also put on record that the driver was excellent and even though we were being assaulted he ensured i was taken care of and rushed to hospital. Please find details of my account and details of the trip.
