BOLT WORST SERVICE

bolt South Africa's service sucks. requested a ride for my kids and they were dropped off at wrong address but charged for the destination I had selected which was further than the drop off that was done . Requested a 2nd ride that got lost and waited at wrong address then charged me for the waiting time . Customer support does not respond I have been sending messages since last Saturday the 13th of May. Once i requested for a laptop to be collected and dropped off .The driver never went to the destination with the laptop. made it a police case after bolt ignored my complaints .the same driver a ***** is still on the road.
