Bolt working with drivers to ***** riders belongings

My luggage was ****** by a bolt driver and they have refused to provide me with the driver details, even the registration of the vehicle has not been provided.

They keep hiding under the GDPR, however full driver information is provided when a ride is requested, but cannot be provided after the trip? This service is nonsense really.
