Bolt unsafe and *************.

I came to Bolt Ferndale Randburg due to an incident that took place at work, where an employee requested a ride for work purposes at night and obviously there needs to be proof of the ride, the employee used WIFI to request the ride while at home and shared the screenshot of the driver, and didn’t track the ride once the she got to the car because she didn’t have data, the ***** who is the bolt driver driving a Nissan Almera, his name is Sello, cancelled the trip, and still drove the employee to our workplace, we came to complain at the offices and the manager Tsitsi was no help at all, and totally protected the driver after insisting it is their word against ours, even after we advised that they use the details we made available to them to take it up with the driver, we felt unsafe knowing that their drivers can just do as they please at our expense and they won’t be held responsible for their actions, this is simply unacceptable for such a big company, I will never request a ride with them again this goes for my place of work as well, they can’t even take responsibility for their own loopholes and they push them on their customers when they encounter problems created by their ***** drivers.
