Bolt unauthorized charges

Greetings FNB,

I am a senior citizen and Bolt SA drivers are ************ in overcharging their customers. I will not stand for it, I am not their ***gybank and they will no longer rob me of my hard-earned money.

I am travelling to the same address and back home with and schedule an added stop every time which I am charged for when they give me the rate before finalizing it on the app. The drivers then add waiting time to every trip and booking fees. I refuse to pay these additional charges. Apart from the above, there are no Terms and conditions available that I can have a look at. Bolt is such a mess of a company. Some of their drivers are beyond arrogant and drive like either lunatics or someone who can not drive at all.

My instruction to FNB is to reverse the charges as listed below and credit my account with immediate effect before the closing of business today.
