Bolt unable to manage drivers

I requested a ride, the car that was supposed to fetch me was a Toyota Etios - HM62VJ GP driven by Vutshilo, the car that showed up had a registration number HH58PC GP…driver explained why the car had a different as to the one on the app

I paid extra funds due to him stating he does not have “change”

I then forgot my parcel in the car when I got off and the driver is now ignoring my calls / texts

Contacted the support team from Bolt and I’m still waiting for feedback
