Bolt treats their drivers unfairly

Clients can rate an report us on false information, and Bolt will just block you without any invedtigation being done. There are people who live off of this app, and bread is taken out their mouth due to false accusations. Bolt doesnt investigate anything, as long they got enough drivers on the routes, they just block their workers as they please.

Again how do i book an appointment to come to your offices and then i get there, and im told to communicate the issue on the app. The reason i didnt communicate the issue on the app and decided to come straight to the offices means i need further assistance from what you can offer on the app
