Bolt transport robs people

Unfortunately I can't leave a zero star.

Firstly I order a ride to pick us up at Checkers entrance of Greenacres, NOWHERE DOES IT SAY THEY NO LONGER PICK UP THERE!!! the driver then tells me I need to walk, with my 86 year old granny that has a bad hip and we used a wheelchair for in the mall, must walk! As we get there he drives off almost 2 m from me. Then I get Charged for it! I report it and then their customer service tells me Iusr tell the real story.... They should just read the in line chats. So now I'm a **** and they stole my money. On top of that my gran is in pain from walking that far because a driver wouldn't go to the correct entrance. I am absolutely disgusted and let down at the poor service received.
