Bolt Transport in South Africa

My son request Bold for transportation from home to sport ground. unfortunately after entering the ground he realised that he left the keys inside the Bold car. He tried to call the driver but only voice mail. After the sport when he got home we tried to call the driver but no luck. i dropped message thinking that maybe he is too busy to pick up the phone. but never reply. Still the following day we are trying to call but just voice mail. The keys are with the gate remote. it's difficult for my son to go and come in without the remote. I was then chatting to a colleague who told me that she was treated badly by Bolt Yooo. she said she once forgot the phone in Bolt transport and experienced the same response from the driver and the Bolt supporting team said "that's not their responsibility".
