Bolt transport

My past experience with using the Bolt app and drivers has been quite pleasant. The drivers don't make me wait very long and they arrive at my destination timeously. Although in the past I have had experiences that I did not like in particular. At times you find that the Bolt drivers tend to cancel your ride and the worst and most annoying part is that they do not communicate with you at all. Although Bolt is not too bad, their drivers could work better on their customer treatment as its lacking in some. As for the app itself, well the app is really easy to navigate and using it is a pleasant experience.
