Bolt through my delivery away

I ordered food and was not qiuvk enough to open door. The driver left. He was about 200m from my house when i phone him to just wait there and that i will pick up the order as it is just around the corner. He said i can't do that and instead told me he through te order away. After multiple phone calls and cmpensation offered he still refused to let me get the food from him and said he is obligated to through it away. What a waste of food and very poor customer service!!!
