Bolt thieving drivers

So my girl friend uses bolt to drive around from time to time but on this day 25 November 2024. She called for a bolt driver, pick the client up and drove to her destination.

She paid the full price for driving there and return of R250, as soon as she was dropped, the driver left while doing bank things and never return to take her back home. Knowing he just stole half the money to pocket for the company and himself. Angry though so I tried filing a complaint against the driver but surprise surprise, the complaint page displayed a error and is "not working". Regional manager for Bolt South Africa is runned by Takura Malaba, typical of "those" South Africans work ethics.

Not only that, Bolt drivers prices varies if two different people entering the same pick up point and dropped off point. We have done this and the differences is between R50 to R130 more.

To be honest I WILL update the details and post the drivers details information here once I get it. People like this SHOULD not work at this job if the regional manager allows them to do it.

Then again CEO ****ing Markus Villig wouldn't even read this and can't manage his own stupid company.
