BOLT *******

THEY ARE HEARTLESS *******! I was pick-pocketed and overcharged by a driver called Japhta , driving a white Polo Vivo (HS39DN GP) today. While making a quick stop I noticed my driver had made a U-turn unnecessarily, perhaps to hide that while I was existing the car, he took my wallet from my back pocket. Mid ride, I noticed my wallet wasn't where it was supposed to be and asked him. His reaction was very suspicious, stopping the car dramatically in the middle of nowhere saying I should search him. I COULD BE WRONG BUT theres a big chance that while I wasn't paying attention at the stop, he discarded my wallet taking the money. He insisted it wasn't him but there's absolutely no other possibility since I entered the car with my wallet, having had to use it to verify my destination address, written on a business card. Him overcharging me at the end made me believe this even more. He managed to ***** my wallet with R500+, bank cards and ID card. While I was disoriented, trying to look through my things at the end of the trip I asked him how much the ride costed (BIG MISTAKE); he decide to overcharged me by almost twice the amount I saw later on the app. My advice: DO NOT Use or download BOLT. And if you have to, just know you are dealing with experienced ******* who seem to alway get away with this type of behavior. Side note: it's much wiser to carry your money and cards separately and not in a wallet. That way you, won't lose everything at once.
