BOLT = *******!!!!

We ordered a bolt and paid the R 164 that we were supposed to pay and and hour later they deducted another R 232 from my account. When I contacted the driver he informed me that he is a Bolt go driver even if we did not order a go driver. He said we were supposed to check before we get in to the car. So I paid R 396 for a 20km trip. No way to contact them because they know they are wrong. This is not acceptable as they are *****ing money from your account.
