Bolt *******

Yesterday i took a bolt trip from work to my place. I forgot my phone on the car and within 2 to 3mins i was calling my cell so that i could it back. The driver ignored and took it, i know this because my phone is quiet loud and the time frame was very short. My tracker showed me it was in Hooney (address known) but i couldnt do much when i got there as security wasnt helpful. Add to this, i emailed bolt and messaged them on twitter but no response until now. I just need my phone back and the bolt driver has it without a shadow of doubt. Bolt receipt only shows the drivers face and names, no contacts, nothing. Bolt needs to move away from prioritizing money and start looking after clients like myself. Your drivers shouldnt get away with theft!.

I dont have a phone right now and all is just frustrating.
