BOLT THIEVE DRIVER

I left my phone in Bolt Sunday early morning and 3 minutes later it was on voice mail. I had to travel back home to my other iphone to be able to track my lost iphone. I reached out to Bolt and they told me they tried to cal driver and he did not pick up, then asks if that resolves my issue. HOW??? I had to go up and down to open a case with the police, now they are giving the detective a run around. Very pathetic, I have the location of my device's last seen that can be easily linked to the driver but they will make us run around 1st. Some bolt drivers are just *******, ******s' and ****s, Bolt need to get their people in order we are not safe!! I will not rest until I find my phone and if he sold it or anything he will pay!!!
