BOLT THEFT AND POOR COMMUNICATION !!!!!!

My son's friend ordered him a bolt ride home. They added a stop and when My son got out the car he asked the driver to end the trip which was 800m from where the ride began. My son offered him R100 which was way more than the value of the trip. The driver refused and started driving off with my sons kit bad in the car. ie, 2 pairs of sneakers, cologane, sunglasses, clothing and 2 pack packs. They both had names on them. One was my sons Sharks Academy bag and the other was a Northwood back back. My son and the security guard that was present ran after the vehicle hitting the window for him to stop. We have tried numerous attempts to get a response from Bolt. Phonecalls, emails, FB posts. They reply and then nothing happens. We are going into a month later now. This is a big value for a 21 year old young man to loose. +/- R10000.00
