BOLT theft and ***** and they don't care

Our credit card was ******, most likely by a Bolt employee or sindicate, who has been using it to put deliveries or rides through - over 57 times the card was used for Bolt business in a couple days/weeks. They accessed my account and changed my email so I was not notified. Likely scenario is that they are paying for things and taking the cash. I contacted Bolt to ask for their assistance in this ***** so I could make a police report and get information AND ALSO to alert them to the fact they have this ***** happening in their universe. They were very dismissive and nonplussed. They would not provide any way for me to report the ********** behaviour, they didn't care to look into it further. They just didn't care at all. Not cool.
