Bolt the ****mer!!

I cannot imagine what the bolt driver and his team did.on Friday I requested a ride from my work place to home and it cost me R39.00 Thulani was the driver that was supposed to come and pick me up.i sent instructions on the bolt message bar and explained to him my pick up point.i waited for more than 15 minutes and the car on the bolt app was not moving and he sent me a text saying he’s on his way,but he never came and suddenly the ride reported as “cancelled “ how coz I didn’t even get the refund ?I logged a case with their team and they told me that they will refund me R19.00 ,for what if I was the one waiting and the driver cancelled .?and why am I charged yet I waited for the ride for 15 minutes? BOLT SHOULD JUST BE TERMINATED!!They are worst than ****mers !!!SA transport Minister should really do something about this App IT MUST GO!!
