Bolt the *******

The drivers & the owners are the same . Rude & are ******* *****ing my money under false pretenses. I requested a ride in Polokwane going to Seshego. On my app it showed me that I should pay 67r. When my ride was finished I gave the driver 100r & asked him if he had change then he said yes. He only gave me 5r change and said on his app it shows him 95r. We argued about it & he swore at me. I then reported him to Bolt immediately. They resolved the issue by giving me a promo code. I then tried to use the promo code on my next trip but again I met up with the same issue. On my app the ride was a zero charge but on the driver's app it showed 30r. We argued about it again & he was so rude & he swore at me. He demanded that he takes me back to where he picked me up bcz he was not going to work for free. I was so abused by Bolt on these two trips. I then reported him immediately again to Bolt asking for my cash change this time . They then responded telling me that they can't refund me my cash . They said that I should accept another promo code. I told them that their promo codes have never worked for me. They still refuse to give me my money but when I paid I gave them money . I am so angry & disappointed in Bolt for the way they treated me. They stole from me & abused me.
