Bolt terrible service

I've been using Bolt for some time. 90% of the time, the vehicles are in unsatisfactory conditions. The vehicles have a terrible smell and a lot if the times the seats are stained. 3 times I was charged more than my initial fare. All three times there wasnt any traffic obstruction and once the driver took a long route in my opinion. Each time I sent a complaint I did not receive any feedback. Though there was a particilar time where the driver took a wrong turn and only then did I receive a response and a credit.
