Bolt terrible Service!!!!

Today my son ordered a Bolt ..card payment. Account debited then no driver arrives ..message receive said trip finished? We did not cancel the trip ! In addition after debiting my account the driver charges an additional 8 rand? For what inconvenience? He never pitched! I'm fed up of Bolt as this is not the first time..A reoccurring problem we have when we select to pay by card! Drivers have even gone as far as to call us to cancel card and pay cash on previous occassions..What kind of circus show and unprofessional business behavior! I am ****ed today! This was the final straw with Bolt !for life offering discounts then we get this kind of service!
