BOLT TAXIFY IS DOUBLE CHARGING AND SILENT ABOUT IT

They quotes R75 and charged R150 for a short trip. I left my phone in the vehicle and asked for assistance to retrieve it as its my buss phone, as well as lodged a query on the charges , but all I get is emails asking to lodge the complaint which i have by online system and 4 emails..... no response . they actually don't give a rats ass !
