Bolt taxi services worst in the human race.

Paid R18 this morning for a a ride that I didn't even take. No receipt for that. Besides had to cancel after 25 minutes waiting for the driver. Cancelation fee no refund. Also prior to that they took out R100 out form my account for no reason. There is no contact numbers to contact these fools. Only support. Lame as hell. Eventually I had to contact a thing called sovo support gave me a case number told me that they will get an agent to contact me as ap. Now it's afternoon and still no contact no reply nothing. They must go and and get trained by Uber because they suck.
