Bolt swindles it's elderly passengers

My mother takes Bolt every week from her home in Umgeni Park to a house in Durban North. The average cost is R24-00. I know, because my credit card pays her fares and I have notify me from my bank. Today the same trip cost R74-00. No explanation whatsoever given for this. She travelled the same route in the same day of the week and at the same time of day. Bolt have thus ****** R 50-00 from me. My mother is very old and I suppose the driver assumes she is too senile to know she is being ********. Disgusting. Don't use them unless you have no other alternative, especially if you are elderly.
