bolt surprise

i requested a ride with bolt for my wife.the fare quoted was 32 rand. she had a 50 rand with her.the driver had to take another route because of strike action on the road. the driver insisted on a hugely higher fee of 93 rand. this was 200 percent more than the quoted fee.Surely bolt or their driver should absorb the extra cost which was no fault of ours.it has left a very sour taste. the driver was Morena . he drives a renault Triber REG NO KX27NKGP
