Bolt support, totally useless

So last on the 27th June I left my rooter on one of the bolt, driver has been giving me run arounds giving it back, even when I ask for his location to go fetch it, BOLT SUPPORT HAS BEEN SO USELESS now that am involving police they say they will work hand in hand with police, but how is that possible it you, could not solve the case of the driver who in your system? You guys literally failed to even contact the driver, where's the support there? The driver is now demanding R350 from me for what?? Personally I think bolt should be discontinued if we gonna hv such people who make our lives at risk..
