Bolt support is useless

Bolt driver JY36JXGP was texting whilst driving and when I asked if I can help him(the car went off the road and we almost hit another car), he became extremely aggressive, stopped the car and threatened to hit me... Bolt support is unreachable and useless and they hardly do anything..last time I encountered a shady driver who kept going the wrong way and still NOTHING was done
