BOLT SUCKS AND THEY *****

I have had a very bad experience and have already put my review on Hello Peter but have received no response from them. I booked a trf from Wynberg to Steenberg and was charged R69, then the drive called me and asked where I am going to which I found very strange, he however came to fetch me and when i got home i realised after he left that they charged me R101 as well, which immediately made me contact them on their site, but to my surprise i got no response and to date havent heard from them since. This happened 2 weekends ago, Im very disappointed in Bolt. And when i posted this I saw that the same thing has happened to another customer. I used to like Bolt but dont think i will use them again
