Bolt Sucks

Khayalethu Andries from Bolt, number plate FR19BGGP was hostile towards me. When he had arrived at the pick up location, there were 5 people in total that I was with. When we had asked him if he had a problem with the overload, he had stated “yes” and began to drive away. We ended up stopping him because we had told him that only 3 of us will take the trip and the rest will find their own way. We entered the car and proceeded to our destination. When we arrived, he told us that the ride costed R21. When I had requested, the price was R20, so that was exactly the amount I had on hand. Upon paying him, he had stated that he will block my account for being short of R1. He was very rude. On my end, the ride had stated that it would cost R20, and in addition, I do have screenshots to prove the truth of the matter. I am not happy with Bolt because you guys hire ********, stupid people and on top of it, the drivers being rude does not at all give you guys a good name. Because of this, I hope Bolt deals with the driver accordingly because unfortunately he will be the reason you lose one of the top 15% passengers. Thank you and God bless.
