Bolt staff stole my phone

It is almost one week since I left my phone in a bolt vehicle, it was reported via bolt support and via email nd to date no response on next steps. We hv then visited the bolt offices in salt river and are being sent from pillar to post, this is a new phone and the tracker last location is bolt offices. Evidence available to show this. I will never use the bolt service again nd will share this bad experience to everyone I know via WhatsApp Facebook nd any other social media platforms I cn reach.
