BOLT SOUTH AFRICAN ******** AND UNPROFESSIONAL

In my life i have only used Bolt once and it was a short trip, but on the 18th and 20th they charged me over R1500 for the trips i know nothing about and i sent an email to support with documents but no response. they such ******** and very unproffessional people, all they do is take people's money and never help in any way. Hate them!!
