Bolt south African

I requested bolt last night from Springs Town to my place. Method of payment was card so the drive dropped me at my place and didn't end the ride my initial trip fare was R66 the drive then ended the trip when the fare was R150 excluding promotion. Been trying to get refunded the difference the whole day. Their costumer services sucks
