Bolt South Africa ****** me of my money 💰

I requested a Bolt from my home in Mayfield Park Johannesburg to Sloane Street in Bryanston. At the 9f the ride he did not end the ride for over 30 minsl alter so I canceled the ride unaware this would delete the ride amd refund the ride money which had already gone off my account. As a good citizen I contacted them about the issue. They gave me their banking details and promised to give me proof of the ride. Needless to say after I paid them.via EFT they are no claiming that they can't provide proof of the ride which I need to receive the travel refund from my employer. They have refused to assist me on all forms of communication that are available to me. I don't know what to do now 😕
