Bolt south africa pre authentic refund

I requested a ride on the 30 July paid R171 via the app and the drive requested cash I canceled the ride ad I was not comfortable with his request bolt took my R171 till today no refund I contacted them a couple of times to reverse my pre authentication amount but they keep on saying I need to check with the bank now the bank wants to charge me R80 gir a reversal fee as bolt did not reverse my money
