Bolt South Africa - Not Helpful

I have been trying since yesterday afternoon to get help to retrieve my cellphone which dropped out into the back seat of the vehicle is was travelling in. I have sent a number of emails, even replying to their 'give more info' replies. I have been tracking the device all day and even mentioned a few places where the driver has been, but still no response from them.
