Bolt South Africa is unfairly

I am very disappointed with Bolt driver app South Africa.My Device was ****** when I was ******,Now strangers tried to login my bolt driver app ,and my Account was blocked of which is understood coz anyone can login use it.But now when I raise the concern of the blockage I am told I cannot be helped further to think we buy cars to support the bolt company but my recognition as a client to service to issues such as block account is so unfairly and unprofessional in a case like this I fill thrown Away.
