Absolutely ********** customer service. They don't have sufficient demarcation zones for no pick up zones (like Uber has in areas reserved for taxis and meter taxis). I requested a ride to my friends apartment, the driver accepts and makes his way, when he gets there he is approached by guys shouting and drives off cancels the ride without responding if he perhaps went around the block or what happened and then I get charged a cancelation fee. When contacting in-app support, the agent tries to put the blame om me for requesting a ride where we "not supposed to". Purely stupid as it should already be a feature and drivers should know.
