Bolt South Africa and Bolt driver who *****s Customers belongings

Hi Everyone , I have a complaint against Bolt and a bolt driver by the name of Mahlatsi Ramarumo with Vehicle registration HF75YMGP , I had a trip with him on Sunday morning from Dlamini extension 1 time was 07:00 to Pimville Zone 2 Johannesburg Gauteng Soweto arrival time was 07:15 I lost my iPhone 14 pro max in the car , He dropped me off at church and took my phone out of my bag when I had gone to the car boot to take out other bags and assist my mother with her bags while my bag still on the passengers seat ,

After I took out more bags from the boot and took my bag that was on the passengers seat , he had already taken out my phone , immediately when after I opened my bag Time was 07:20 and I saw he took my iPhone he was still in the drive way I called my phone he had already switched it off

I tried to call my phone all morning Sunday While also emailing Bolt with no luck , Bolt informed me they cant get hold of the driver and further more requested for a case number which I provided them with yet till today I keep sending them emails they are not responding even after I provided them with a case number , the name and surname of the driver

Monday morning the driver finally was reachable on Facebook and admitted he had the iPhone 14 pro max, and that he will bring it to me which I have proof of , just after he admitted that he blocked me and was then unreachable

Even when the driver has a strong case against him , Bolt is stilling allowing him to operate and I still do not have any feedback from Bolt and I still do not have my iPhone

I am bolt customer , I am always using it but this was very unfair , ******** and selfish of them , if we can not feel safe around bolt drivers and bolt does nothing to help what do we do? as for the driver he needs to bring my iPhone back
