Bolt South Africa a Huge dissapointment
I have been a Bolt driver for more than 5 years. Initially they blocked me from the Main bolt platform and weeks later they unblocked me on boltgo. I continued working on Bolt go. Yesterday they again blocked me permanently claiming that i had given someone else my profile which i have never done. I am concerned about the way Bolt does business especially in South Africa, They do not investigate issues they do not care about the safetly of the drivers and all they do is dump drivers whenever they feel like without any investigation on any matter. there is not even one person from Bolt who can talk to you face to face and explain the issues. instead you receive automated messages. Its sad that they are here in south Africa to gamble with People's bread and butter. My Name is Mawi Maphisa Tshuma.
