Bolt South Africa a bunch of ******

Bolt is a bunch of ****** as these guys when you request a trip and the trip shows the amount of 35 and after they drop you off then they don't cancel there trip but instead drive to another dastination and they charge you R269 for the trip and when you send a complaint then the response the support gives you is that the driver is right.....please can the bolt service provider be in investigated and fined for there misconduct and taken off from the grid as a service provider.
