Bolt South Africa

I requested Bolt on the 6th Saturday July at 20H30 for and arrived at 20H44 at my destination. During my ride I made a call to a friend and was on the front passenger seat. I happened to forget my phone on the seat after my ride. Within 2 minutes I called my phone it was off. Tried to call it many times and then 15 minutes later it was on again. It rang many times and it was never answered. At 04H00 on the next day my sister called it and it was off. Fortunately I shared the driver's details with my friend before taking a ride. The driver's name is Nkosinathi Mbongwa and the registration JW43VG GP. It's a red Toyota Aygo. Tried sending my complain to bolt guess what you just get answered by an AI robot and it sends you pillar to post. Managed to buy another phone within 4 days only to find out this person is using my Google account and he deletes my contacts when I store them. I have now blocked that phone on my Google account. I traced my rides on my new phone and managed to call the driver and he said "You guys like saying you left your phones in our cars yet you are lying and hung up". How pathetic 😯
