Bolt South Africa!!!!

This morning I tried to request I kept on getting canceled. But bolt keeps taking money out of my account. I tried at least 5 times on my account and on a different account it still does the same thing. I've tried reaching out to them no the app (with chatAI) with no luck. They said telly get back to me 2 hours ago. I really don't recommend and I'm not happy.
