So I have been trying to get hold of bolt sa as R158.30 was taken off my account for no apparent reason when I sent request all that was asked is the model of phone why should that be relevant. Went to the bank to get it reversed in which they told me 180 fee would be charged to me. So I declined still waiting on some from bolt to reply I'm so disgusted with them.
