Bolt south africa

I need your help i have a serious problem with Bolt ,i tried to register an account with bolt they told me i have existing account linked to my details, which means it was created *****ulently,i tried to communicate with bolt team how ever no one is assisting me i asked them to terminate what ever profile linked to my details but they are not helping , please attend to the issue ***
