The driver was completely rude. Did not wait and sent a message I quote: "I am sick an tired of you thinking you are smart.I was there and then you are asking where you are. You are always thinking of highjacking and *******." The driver never showed at the pick up location in the first place and this was his response to me asking where he is. Totally unprofessional to me as a paying customer. I tried to report the driver to Bolt but after 11 hours they still have not contacted me.
