Bolt should be closed down

Worst service ever since December 2022 till now no change in service even after submitting reviews drivers have the audacity to demand more money sending private messages drivers that are not busy just canceling for no reason because they want only big fares this bolt service has become unreliable and a waste of time after making bookings standing waiting as drivers cancel left and right wasting valuable time and money forcing people to make other plans which take more time and money
